Insurance and Costs
Deaconess Health System has been a trusted source for care by Tri-State families for more than a century. At Deaconess Emergency and Urgent Care, we continue that tradition with our transparent billing policy.
Keeping Your Costs as Low as Possible
Each insurance company negotiates rates for its members. Your specific health insurance plan states your out-of-pocket expenses for urgent care or emergency room (ER) services. If you receive urgent care services, our transparent billing policy ensures you pay only urgent care fees (compared to higher ER billing rates).
This billing policy saves many families money, since most of our patients only need urgent care, not emergency treatment.
What Health Insurance Does Deaconess Accept?
Deaconess Emergency and Urgent Care is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for patients with or without health insurance.
We accept a wide range of health plans, including most major plans, Medicaid, Medicare and many others. Contact your health insurance company to verify that we are in-network with your plan. If you have any questions about your health coverage, visit your insurance company’s website or call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
